Full Time Maintenance Technician with emphasis on plumbing and boiler heating systems and other major and minor equipment.

Qualified applicants will possess at least 5 years of experience in operating and maintaining mechanical equipment and systems: trade school or courses in electrical wiring and refrigeration preferred.

Wait Staff-Full & Part Time

  • Duties include setting and clearing tables, delivering and serving food to residents from the kitchen in a timely efficient, friendly fashion and performing various cleaning tasks and side work. Must be friendly and able to coordinate multiple tasks.
