Residents may file a complaint with the Indiana State Department of Health Survey and Certification Agency concerning resident abuse, neglect and misappropriation of resident property in the facility, and noncompliance with advance directives.

COMPLAINT PROCEDURE:
The complaint procedure is of most importance to us. We want everyone to feel that they may bring their concerns to the departments. The best way to assure that a concern/problem is taken care of is to take it to a department head immediately. The department head will follow our Grievance Procedure to assure that your concern has been addressed. Our Administrator is available at all times to listen and assists with any concerns you may have. Conferences can be arranged for the entire family if it is necessary. Healthwin is a firm believer that our families and residents are 100% satisfied.
