Nurse Scheduler Coordinator

Monday thru Friday

8:30 am – 5:00 pm

The ideal candidates will bring a responsible and dedicated work ethic to this position.

  • Provide clerical support to Nursing Administration as needed
  • Network well with nursing staff
  • Ability to Multi-task in nursing clerical position
  • Maintains schedule to ensure daily nurse and CNA staffing needs are met
  • Develop weekly/monthly nursing schedule
  • Maintain the daily nursing staff sheets and unit assignments
  • Review punch detail reports and track absences/tardies
  • Monitor nursing hours and provide reports regarding overtime hours

Shower Aide

Monday thru Friday

5:30 am – 1:00 pm

  • Must have Indiana CNA Certification
  • Provide showers/tub baths according to resident preference
  • May work alone or with assistance of another Nurse or CNA
  • Answer resident call lights to meet resident needs
  • Transport residents using wheelchair, lifts or other assistive devices
  • Reports changes in resident bathing schedule
  • Sanitizes shower chairs and tubs between showers
  • Assist unit nursing staff as needed

Full-Time Nurse Case Manager. The ideal candidate is required to have an active RN or LPN License.

This position also requires the ability to:

  • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of health services provided to all short-term rehab residents.
  • Possess excellent assessment and clinical skills.
  • Ability to communicate medical information in terms residents and families understand.
  • Provide nursing education to residents and families in preparation to return home.
  • Display a positive, professional image and enhance positive public relations for the facility.

Wait Staff — Full & Part Time — Day Shift

Job Requirements:

  • Duties include setting and clearing tables, delivering and serving food to residents from the kitchen in a timely efficient, friendly fashion and performing various cleaning tasks and side work. Must be friendly and able to coordinate multiple tasks.
